Eastland Middle School

School begins at 7:55 tomorrow! Students will be released at 3:30. The attached picture shows the drop off and pick up location for all students that do not have athletics 1st or last period. 7th grade boys report directly to the field house near the track and 8th grade girls report to the gym . All other students will report to the front of middle school building after being dropped off at the location shown on the map.

The Eastland Middle School MEET THE TEACHER event will be held on Monday, August 14th from 4:30-6:00. Students and parents will have the opportunity to meet the staff, see the classrooms, pick up schedules, find student lockers, and turn in immunization forms. This is a come and go event. All necessary paperwork will be sent home with the students on the first day of school. The first day of school will be Wednesday, August 16th!

The XC coaches are hosting a parent meeting tonight (8/7) in the EHS Library at 6 p.m. Everyone with athletes involved in the program are urged to attend. For more info/questions call/text Coach Lewis. 325/829-8520. Go Mavs!

Dear Parents of 7th-grade students, This is a friendly reminder that your child must be up-to-date on their immunizations before the school year begins. Without meeting these requirements, they won't be able to pick up their schedule or attend school. Please ensure all necessary documentation is emailed to sschafer@eastland.esc14.net or delivered to the middle school office.

The Middle School Spring Concerts will be tonight in the Eastland High School Auditorium. 6th Grade Band should meet in the band hall at 5:30. The concert will begin at 6:00. Symphonic Band should meet in the band hall at 6. The concert will begin at 6:30. Honor Band will meet in the band hall at 6:30. The concert will start at 7:00.

Eastland ISD Parents and Students, Due to possible severe weather conditions forecasted this evening, the Eastland High School/Middle School Athletic Banquet will not be held tonight. The banquet is rescheduled for Monday, May 22nd, in the Marshall Gymnasium. Thank you, EISD Administration

EISD is experiencing technical difficulties with our phone system. Until this issue is resolved, if you need to contact a campus, call Siebert Elementary School (254-631-5080). They will be able to relay information to the appropriate parties.

Mavs, remember to order your 22-23 Yearbook by March 24 to avoid the late price. Also, last year's book, 21-22, was distributed before spring break. Extras are available while supplies last from the EHS office.

8th Grade Parents: Eastland County Crisis Center will be giving a presentation over teen dating violence to all 8th grade students today.

No school tomorrow. Tomorrow is a staff work day and student holiday.

Middle School students will report to 1st period tomorrow at 10am. Eighth grade AG students will not go to their AG classroom in the CTE building. All middle school AG classes will be held in room 105 on the middle school campus.
