Dear Parents/Guardians of Eastland Middle School 7th Grade Students,
As we gear up for the upcoming school year, we need to remind you about an essential requirement for your child's enrollment at Eastland Middle School.
As per Texas law, it is mandatory for all students to be up to date on their immunizations. Students who are not current on their immunizations or do not have an official exemption affidavit on file will not be allowed to attend school until the necessary immunization documentation is submitted.
To streamline the process, please make sure to have your child's immunization record updated and submit it promptly to either of the following email addresses: ggalyean@eastland.esc14.net or sschafer@eastland.esc14.net. Additionally, you may also bring the documentation to the middle school office Monday through Thursday, between 8 am and 4 pm, until school starts.
It's crucial that we have all immunization records up to date before the school year begins to avoid any disruption to your child's education. Students who have not provided their updated immunization records will not be able to pick up their schedules until compliance is met.
