The EHS Cross Country team competed in the UIL Cross Country Regional Meet on October 20th in Lubbock. The Varsity Boys team finished eighth out of twenty-four teams, making their fifth consecutive top 10 finish at Regionals! Top finishers for the boys were Glyn McCleskey at twenty-fourth and Miguel Hernandez thirtieth out of a field of one hundred and seventy eight runners!
Collin Harris represented the girls team, and finished with the top freshmen girls' time at Lubbock in EHS history! She placed sixty-fourth out of one hundred and seventy nine runners in the 3A girls field.
