12/15/23, Boys Basketball: The Maverick games tonight have been canceled. The Lady Mavs will still be playing in Peaster, JV @ 5:00 PM, Varsity at 6:15 PM.
The Eastland Independent School District Bands are proud to present the 2023 Christmas Concert!
The concert will be held at the Eastland High School Auditorium on December 18th. 6th Grade Band will perform at 6pm, Middle School Band will perform at 6:30 and the High School Band performs at 7pm.
12/12, Mavericks Basketball: JV Mavericks will not be playing in Glenn Rose on Tuesday. Varsity Mavericks will play at 6:00 PM in Glenn Rose.
12/4, EMS Boys Basketball @ Breckenridge: The schedule for Middle School Maverick Basketball games in Breckenridge is as follows. B teams will play in the Old Junior High Gym: 8B @ 4:30 followed by 7B @ 5:30. A teams will play in the In LT Cook gymnasium: 7A @ 4:30 followed by 8A @ 5:30.

11/28, Lady Mavs Basketball: Varsity Lady Mavs will play Gordon tonight at 6:15 PM in Eastland. There will be no Lady Mavs JV game tonight.
11/28, EHS Mavericks Basketball @ Colorado City: This Tuesday, the Mavericks will play at Colorado City. JV will play at 5PM, and Varsity will play at 6:15 PM.

On Thursday, November 30th, at 9 AM and 2 PM, Siebert 4th Graders present: "Texas, Our Texas," a program celebrating the history of Texas! The performances will be in the cafeteria.
11/21, EHS Maverick and Lady Mavs Basketball: The Boys Basketball games against Jacksboro on November 21st have been canceled. The Girls Basketball teams will still be playing Jacksboro on the 21st. JV plays 5 PM, followed by the Varsity game at 6:15 PM.
11/20, EHS Lady Mavs Basketball: The JV Girl's Basketball game against Newcastle on November 20th has been canceled. Varsity will play Newcastle at 3:15 PM.
Band Concert - Mark your calendar!
Monday, December 18th:
5:30 p.m.- All band students arrive at the Band Hall
5:35pm - 6th Grade Band on stage
6pm- 6th Grade Band performs
6:30pm - Middle School Band (⅞ grade) performs
7pm - High School Band performs
--We ask that all able bodied spectators park in the parking lot between the gyms and school. You will then walk up the hill to the auditorium located in the high school. We would like to reserve the parking closest to the auditorium for only those that would have difficulty walking up the hill.--

Order forms will be available in the HS and MS offices or you can print this form. Return order forms to either office. All orders must be pre-paid. Cash or checks (made out to EABC) are acceptable. Deadline for orders is 12:00 Noon on Friday, November 17. Go Mavs!!
11/10: Maverick Football Playoff Game Parking Map and Info:
On Friday, the Eastland Mavericks will be playing Holiday Eagles at the Ram Stadium in Mineral Wells. Tickets will be sold at the gate, cash only. $5 for adults and $3 for children. Other passes that will be accepted are: District Passes, THSCA, and Senior Citizen Passes. Be aware that Mineral Wells ISD has a clear bag policy for all events. Kickoff will be at 7:30 PM, and the Mavericks will be on the Visitors side.
11/11, EHS Lady Mavs Basketball: The High School Lady Mavs Basketball team will be playing Albany High School on Saturday. Games will start with Junior Varsity at 2pm and Varsity at 3:15pm.
11/10, Maverick Send Off!
The Mavericks will be leaving from the 64 Gym on Friday at 3:45 PM to head to their Bi-District Playoff game against the Holiday Eagles in Mineral Wells! They will be heading to main street, then passing the Maverick Stadium before leaving town.
Come to the 64 Gym parking lot or to the parking lot of the Maverick Stadium around 3:45 PM to cheer them on and show your support for the team!
