Pre K & Kindergarten Round Up

Siebert Elementary invites you to pre-kindergarten and kindergarten round up on Tuesday, May 4th from 5:30-7:30 pm.  You will need to bring the following items:

  • Proof of Residence (Utility bill, Cell phone bill, lease agreement, etc.)
  • Parent’s Driver's License
  • Birth Certificate (student)
  • Current Shot Record
  • Student’s Social Security Card

Laptops will be available to register students on site! We can’t wait to meet our newest little mavs!
