Dear Parents/Guardians of Incoming Kindergarten Students:
This is a reminder about the need for immunizations. All incoming Kindergarten students are required to have their immunizations before the first day of school or an exemption. Please make sure that the elementary school receives documentation of your child's shots as soon as they receive them or an exemption. You may email them to Kcarroll@eastland.esc14.net during the summer or you may bring them by the elementary school office after July 20th.
Texas state law requires students attending school to be immunized against certain vaccine-preventable diseases. We encourage you to get your child vaccinated early. Getting your child vaccinated protects your child's health and that of the community. Remember, students cannot go to school without the appropriate documentation for the required vaccines or valid medical or conscientious exemption.
